1Application of these Terms

("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of Finger Creator (the "Service"), and individuals who browse or use communities, content, and features on the Service ("User"). Please read them carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2Account Registration

You may register an account using the method provided by us or by the relevant Creator.

You represent that the information you provide at registration is true and accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for preventing unauthorized use.

3Use of Content

Content displayed on the Service is managed by the relevant Creator or by us.

You may view and watch content on the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, redistribute, rebroadcast, modify, or use the content for commercial purposes.

4Paid Content and Payments

The Service may include paid features and content offered by Creators, such as paid memberships, paid content, and tips.

Purchase and payment terms follow the terms displayed by the relevant Creator and the conditions applicable to the payment service provider.

We do not participate in transactions between Creators and Users. We are not a party to the formation, performance, or refunds of any such transaction.

5Prohibited Conduct

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe the intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights of us or third parties (including Creators)
• Interfering with the operation of the Service or engaging in unauthorized access
• Defaming or disparaging Creators or other Users
• Any other conduct we reasonably consider inappropriate

6Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the Service, except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

7Suspension of the Service

We may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service due to maintenance, system failure, force majeure, or other unavoidable causes.

8Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in accordance with Japanese law.

9Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you in advance by a method we consider appropriate, and the updated Terms take effect on the effective date stated in the notice.
